Welcome to the Goat Pen! Located adjacent to Hank's Corner Grille in Tracy City, this unique space was built to fulfill the need for comfortable and affordable lodging while visiting the South Cumberland Plateau. Our goal is provide you an amazing experience while enjoying all that our area has to offer.

The Goat Pen has 4 private rooms and a loft area. There is a shared living space, kitchenette 3 full bathrooms, and a half bath. (18+only)

You will have the entire loft space to yourself.
ALL guests must be 18+. Sorry, no exceptions.
The LOFT at the Goat Pen has 2 twin beds, both equipped with their own privacy curtains and reading lamps. This cozy space is accessed by climbing a rustic ladder and is the perfect spot for climbers and folks who can appreciate a unique use of the upstairs space.
This listing is for two twin beds in the loft.
*(Climbing a ladder is required)*
At the bottom of the ladder is a half bath. Down the hall is three full bathrooms and a utility sink. They are available to all guests.
Guests will have access to all community living space.
The kitchenette has a community coffee maker, keurig, toaster oven, and fridge.
There are 3.5 bathrooms available for all guests. Each has it's own lock.
There is also a balcony that is only accessible to Goat Pen guests.
There is dedicated, off the street parking for only Goat Pen Guests.

As we are not a hotel, we cannot guarantee that someone will be available to assist you from the hours of 10 PM to 7 AM.

We are adjacent to Hank's Corner Grille, which is VERY popular on the weekends. Please note that sometimes there is live music on Friday / Saturday nights, however it will never last past 11 PM.
