"Family Tides" has an outdoor oasis for you family to enjoy, 4th floor ocean views, a private heated pool, an outdoor shower station, a conveniently short 3 minute walk (500 ft) to the beach entrance and a gorgeous 2023 home remodel. The outdoor backyard oasis featuring a tiki bar with seating and sink for food prep, it has two tables that seat 6 each with umbrellas, an outdoor half bath to make it even easier for your little ones and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a long day at the beach. The remodel features a grand 10 foot wide oversized master shower filled with handcrafted tiles reaching to the ceiling with new his and her shower heads on each side and pebble mosaic shower flooring that is both exquisite and elegant. All five bathrooms have new flooring, new custom tile showers or new bathtubs with custom artesian handcrafted tiles surrounds and new quartz vanity tops. Not to mention the absolutely beautiful kitchen remodel including new quartz countertops, painted cabinets and new appliances.
~ THE PROPERTY ~
"Family Tides" is a wonderfully spacious, 4 story home. This beach house offers a first level king suite with a large walk in closet and wet bar. This bedroom is perfect for those who have a difficult time using the stairs. The new bathroom remodel included giving this suite a beautiful tile walk in shower and new quartz vanity top with all new bathroom hardware. Up the stairs, the second level opens up to a vast open concept living space with two full couches, and 3 chairs in the living room for extra seating. The sitting area has 2 additional chairs and a bistro table. The living room offers a flat screen tv with sound bar. The full guest bathroom is conveniently adjacent to the living room and this remodel offers a brand new tub with gorgeous tile surround and a new quartz vanity top. The open concept gourmet kitchen features an abundance of counter space with brand new bright quartz counter tops and an elevated bar height counter that wraps around the extended kitchen island. This kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances, two dishwashers, a refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, and completely separate ice maker, a standard kitchen sink on one side of the kitchen and a wet bar sink built in to the island on the other side. The third level features the "Family Tides" king master suite with private balcony. The master bathroom remodel was custom designed with "his and hers" luxury in mind. Let the spa like serenity wash over you when you step in the breathtaking oversized 10 foot wide walk in shower with artesian handcrafted tiles that reach to the ceiling while the "his and hers" shower heads, niches and corner seats on each side bring your eyes down to the exquisite flat pebble mosaic shower flooring. As you step out of the shower on to the fresh bright bathroom tiles you will feel at peace after your long beach day. A new quartz dual sink vanity waits your personal amenities. Across the hall from the master is the guest queen bedroom and next door is the bunk room with two twin over twin bunks bed sets, each with pullout twin trundles underneath. The queen guest bedroom and the bunkroom share the newly remodeled guest bathroom with brand new bathtub, tile surround, new vanity and quart vanity top. The laundry area with with washer and dryer are located on this level.
The eclectic 30A Seaside/Seagrove beach feel would not be complete without the classic spiral staircase leading to the ocean view fourth level. This ocean view family room has a wet bar kitchenette with mini fridge, a brand new sofa sleeper and flat screen tv. There are panoramic view floor to ceiling windows and french doors leading to the ocean view balcony with lounge chairs for your sun-basking needs and mimosa mornings. This level also features the queen guest bedroom with balcony which shared a jack and jill style bathroom with the family room. The bathroom was also remodeled and has an amazing handcrafted tile shower with pebble floor and new quartz vanity top.
