Summary: Day 1, after checking in and getting to our room, one of the cards didn’t work. I went back to the front desk got the card “fixed”. Tuesday, both cards worked fine. On Wednesday both cards would not work so I went back to the front desk and again changed the card. Go back to the room and the cards still wouldn’t work. I went back to the front desk and the lady came up and let us in and said she would get a work order in to get our door fixed. Cards work fine on Thursday. On Friday evening, we go back to our room and again the cards wouldn’t work to our room. Again, I went back to the desk and the lady changes the code on the codes and again the cards still don’t work so the lady came up and let us in. She says she was putting ing a work order to have the door fixed. I told her that we had problems all week and it really didn’t matter we were leaving the next morning. Another issue is that We found several long black hairs on our pillows and comforter. My husband and I both have short hair. He is brunette/gray and I am blonde. Also there was a very faint blood blood stain. Regardless of whether or not the comforter had been washed or not that is a bio hazard. We opened up the curtains and you could see all the dirt on the window sill and all throughout the room. Finally the pool was dirty and not clean. This was our 3rd year to stay at this particular hotel and by far the worst experience.
