Nestled in a safe quiet area, our disabled accessable cottage is conveniently located near everything Hot Springs has to offer! Relax in our porch glider with a cup of coffee while enjoying the sweet sounds of Arkansas' native songbirds. Or launch your boat at Hill Wheatley Park, a short 2.5 miles away, and play to your heart's content on beautiful Lake Hamilton. Watch the ponies at Oaklawn or explore Historic Bath House Row. Restaurants and a market can be found just 2 miles away.
The space—
The entrance offers stairs or an elevator for easy assess. The living room and dining room are an open floor plan. Enjoy comfortable recliners and a relaxing atmosphere. A nice view can be seen from the porch or outside the window from the recliner. The full-sized kitchen offers everything you need. We also have a charcoal grill available. The bedroom is a continuation of the relaxation and convenience theme with its new queen gel mattress and touch lights. The living room also has a heavy duty twin size rollaway bed for those guesting needing an additional bed. The bathroom has a handy pull-down bench seat in the shower and handrails for those that need them.

Our Roku tv is ready for you to log in to your favorite streaming account or feel free to browse our dvd collection. We also offer games and a choice of books for our guests to use.
