There is more than enough room on this 3 acre property to park. There are multiple boat ramps in the area to access the water. This is a great area with several events to enjoy, while waiting on the moon to hide the sun. Be comfy, be cozy, and enjoy a once in a lifetime event without the crazy city traffic that will come with such a special occasion.
This house has 2 beds (a king and a queen), 1.5 baths with a huge walk-in shower with bench, and also a spacious living room. The couch is great for sleeping and there is plenty of room to set up an air mattress if needed.
We are pet friendly. We have a large kennel indoors if needed. The back yard is fenced, but pets should not be left unattended, as it is possible for them to get out around gates. There is a nice back porch, perfect for morning coffee or spending an evening watching the day fade away with friends and family.
