Newly furnished and updated 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom townhome in East Nashville less than 15 mins to Broadway and only minutes to Shelby Park and East Nashville bars and dining! The kitchen is also fully equipped with a complimentary Keurig coffee bar.
The Space:
Each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed with brand new furnishings.
Both bedrooms are upstairs. Bedroom 1 has a King bed w/ pillow top mattress and bedroom 2 has a queen bed w/ pillow top mattress. The full bath is also upstairs and is shared.
There is also a queen pullout sofa in the downstairs living area making the home comfortably sleep 6.
The neighborhood is awesome for those wanting to be close to local popular restaurants and cafes.. There are many people walking around in, safe, family-friendly neighborhood. There is a large park close by called Shelby Bottoms. Bring your workout gear if you want to jog around the neighborhood with other neighbors ;)
*If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.
*Dogs Allowed on a case by case basis (max 2). $75 pet fee per pet. Please inquire w/ host before booking. Breed restrictions apply. No Cats allowed. Pet fee will be added to reservation after booking. Dogs must be kept in kennel at all times while left alone in unit.

Please Note: this home does have train tracks directly in the back yard. The train does not blow when passing the home. You may or may not be able to hear the train when it's passing. We personally barely notice it. If you book this property, you acknowledge all of the above and agree this is not an issue.
