NOTICE - Due to Covid-19, the Mayor of Chicago is temporarily restricting guest occupancy to 6 guests per unit. In order to remain compliant with the city and a respectable tenant to our fellow neighbors, please note that Domio will not be able to host any reservations that exceed this limit at this time. Domio cleans and sanitizes every property between each reservation—following a 100 point checklist. We clean and disinfect all hard surfaces and high touch areas using products approved by public health authorities. Guest Access: You have access to the entire space during your stay. This building has a callbox to enter and your keys are in a lockbox on the door. An elevator is available. Getting Around: There is free street parking all around the block and also paid meter parking nearby. We do not provide parking spots at this building. Your nearest train station is the Fullerton Red/Brown/Purple line. A 15min walk east on Fullerton. This can take you downtown to the Loop or up to Wrigleyville! We recommend using Lyft or Uber if you don't have a car. Other Things to Note: Chicago Registration Number: R19000038611This building has a callbox to enter and your keys are in a lockbox on the door. We will give you detailed instructions upon reservation confirmation.The room with bunk beds is a little tight, be sure the person accessing the top bunk uses the front ladder. For stays over 30 days, we require additional personal information and a signed License Agreement in order to accommodate the stay. All guests will be required to verify their information which includes a 3rd-party background check. This is to ensure your safety as well as the safety and well being of our neighbors and our homes. All information is confidential and will not be shared with anyone for any purposes outside of your reservation. Once all information is verified, we will be able to confirm your reservation. However, we reserve the right to cancel a reservation if you fail to comply or there is a failed background check. Please be aware that an additional deposit of $100 per reservation will be held during the period of your stay and released back within 7 days after check-out to cover any incidentals that may occur at the property.
