Lexington, Versailles, and Louisville.
This three-bedroom cozy and comfortable lake house will sleep six and satisfy the needs of the entire family. House location can accommodate travelers with various interests such as relaxation, sightseeing, fishing, bourbon or wine tasting, and provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the beautiful state of Kentucky.
🛶 Our waterfront home is located on Beaver Lake in Lawrenceburg, KY, and offers a private dock with easy access to a public boat ramp. See the Kentucky Wildlife regulations for Beaver Lake usage. This quiet and peaceful lake is perfect for fishing and kayaking. We hope you will take advantage of the property’s dock for fishing or relaxation.
🏡 Upon entering the house, you are immediately welcomed by abundant natural lighting. House features a new interior, a very large partially covered deck with a beautiful lake view, a screened porch on the basement level, a gazebo sitting area, and a fire pit. In addition, this property features Adirondack chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening shot of bourbon or a glass of wine.
🏠 The house's main floor offers two bedrooms with comfortable king and queen beds, two full baths, and an open floor plan with a kitchen, dining room, and living areas.
Each bedroom has a TV and a large TV in the living room. Each bedroom has an attached en-suite bathroom. You can enjoy the brand-new walk-in showers with removable shower heads after a day visiting distilleries, fishing, or sightseeing. Each room has a piece of furniture to unpack your clothes or a bench to lay out suitcases on for easy access.
