Summary: The room wasn't clean (large clump of hair on the floor in the entry of the room, garbage strewn on the floor of the closet, stains on sheets). Breakfast was poor quality. Bagels and a functioning toaster were available, but no cream cheese. The mini fridge was dripping water and the items inside were barely cold, including multiple "frozen" sandwiches that were thawed and had water condensing on the inside of their packaging. The only reason for 2 stars is that the staff was friendly.
