Grand Meridian is perfect for families! A community pool with loungers, covered picnic tables, and a community playground are steps from Rose House. Ready to hit the water? Safe Harbor Marina is less than five minutes away and is home to the popular Blind Swine Restaurant. The marina offers boat and jet ski rentals. Bringing a boat or golf cart? Rose House has plenty of parking space to accommodate.
We are within walking distance of The Drunken Rooster which has sand volleyball, basketball and a pool with covered patio. It is a great way to spend a day! If you’re in the mood to shop, or need to grab some essentials, next door is The Shops at Grand Meridian.
After a day of fun, come home and relax. Rose House has abundant outdoor seating and large, propane grill to prepare a delicious meal. Yard and table games are supplied for extra fun! In the evening, head to the top deck to catch an amazing sunset or enjoy the Chiminea on the patio.
