The spacious yard, and beautifully decorated space, this well stocked kitchen will leave you wanting for nothing; Convenient, safe and clean, you can get anywhere in KC quickly and retreat to a great little city within the city.
We offer an extremely comfortable home for your family or friends. Our home cozy living room, 3 Bedrooms--equipped with 3 King Beds. An air mattress is also provided if you are traveling with an extra person.
Minutes from local restaurants, parks and the historic downtown Independence. Easy access to major highways, downtown KC, shopping and all of KC's attractions. It is also WIFI equipped and has a flat screen ROKU TV with access to your favorite streaming channels with your own login.
The well appointed kitchen is equipped with appliances, pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker, blender and an abundance of spices for cooking your favorite meals.We have cozy dining room with an amazing sky light so you can enjoy your morning coffee or family meals.
Your perfect stay is our first priority and we are available if you need us, but offer you complete privacy as well. We accommodate both long term and short term rentals.

The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.

Located in very family oriented neighborhood that boasts tree lined streets and unique homes. Guests may enjoy a walk and will find friendly neighbors, kids playing, and folks enjoying front porches.
Getting Around:
Our driveway can accommodate 2 cars for parking! Most attractions will require taking an $20 Uber/Lyft ride or renting a car.

HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
Disclaimer- We have EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence. The exterior security cameras are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No unauthorized Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes.

Interaction with Guests:
You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
