The residence is completely separated from the market side of the building, and is exceptionally peaceful. The house offers beautiful views, lake/dock access, proximity to nearby activities like Mt. Brighton Ski Resort, golf clubs, antique stores, farmers markets, and the bustling historic towns of Brighton and Howell.
Lake Chemung is a deep, spring fed lake of 313 acres. Our location is one of the best spots for fishing on Lake Chemung in winter or summer.
