Summary: The manager of housekeeping was so professional and caring. She offered us a room downstairs that was clean and ready, and near the outside door to the parking lot and offered take our cart for us. Meanwhile the guy at the front that checked us in, lied to us about any other rooms were not available, because we asked for a room close to the door, because my hip was hurting especially after driving for five hours and we are elderly. I didn't want to have to walk too far, when having to go out of the front door to my car. I was waiting for my wife to ask for a closer room, and a lady was coming down the hall that was checking the rooms, when I ask her about any other rooms, close to the door, she said "let me go and check for a oom at the front desk. I went to the front to check on my wife to see what she had found out, and the housekeeping manager was there. It was around 4:00pm and they had several room close to outside doors, and downstairs instead of upstairs. I asked to guy that checked us in to change our cards to the new room that the housekeeping manager had found for us, he said "did you mess up the room like the bed or restroom"? I said, we are not ghetto all we did was look in the room and decided that it was to far, and told him that we have class, that we understood that the room was clean and that was not something that we would ever do. Shaking my head! I wanted to tell him, that he was a liar, but I held back because the housekeeping manager took care of us.

Summary: When I say 5 STAR I MEAN JUST THAT!!! My stay was absolutely amazing, safe, and very comfortable!! The housekeeping supervisor did her thang! She made sure it stayed cleaned and I had everything I needed! Breakfast was outstanding and Keisha worked sooo hard with a great attitude and great service. The man in the breakfast area was magnificent as well, he made sure he fed every single guest n worked hard n nice doing it, love it!!I would come over n over again to this hotel!! It’s very nice, comfortable, n worth every penny of your stay!!!! Yall better book with these guys if yall want a great, comfortable stay!! I can go on n on about the goodness of this hotel!! You have to see for yourself to understand!!! Thanks again Clarion pointe!!! I’ll be backkkkk!!!!!

Summary: Clean and renovated space! Free Breakfast from 6-9am. Right next to a police station so feels safe. Plenty of parking. I took off one star because we had a time where our keys weren't working and had to go back to the front desk. Also the toilet kept knocking against the wall when you sat/got up.

Summary: We arrived and had a very smooth checknin process. The young man was very polite and helpful. The hotel was clean, the room was clean, and in good shape. The staff was very responsive. Latesha was amazing. The breakfast was excellent. We wiuld definitely recommend this hotel
