The Lofts on Lake Macatawa - The "Lofts" are modern lakefront condos located at Eldean Shipyard. The units are available for Long-term Lease and/or Vacation Rentals. The units are 2 floors, facing Lake Macatawa (occupying the 2nd and 3rd floors of the former Piper Restaurant building). Each unit has its own outdoor deck and grilling area. When units are not leased, they are offered for rent on a short-term basis as vacation rentals.
In addition, guests during the summer will have access to the pool (limit of 5 guests per visit), playground, and volleyball court at Eldean Shipyard.

This is beautifully designed and artfully decorated. There is a large kitchen fully equipped with granite counters, island, & stainless steel appliances. The dining room features a table for 14, a 20-foot ceiling, and windows & deck overlooking Lake Macatawa. There are 7 bedrooms - 1 king, 2 queens, 1 full, & 3 small bedrooms with bunk beds - providing sleeping for 14. Other features include 4 full baths, 6 Smart TV's, Wi-Fi, 2 washer & dryers, air conditioning, a gas grill located on the main floor deck, and a large roof deck with a view to Lake Michigan. A shuffleboard table and living room is located adjacent to the kitchen & dining areas. All linens and bath towels ar provided. An Elevator is available to access the main level. This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed. This unit can be easily combined with unit #1 for larger groups as units 1 & 2 share an elevator vestibule on the 2nd floor.
