*The neighborhood is still under on going development. There are a-lot of new homes and remodeled homes, but there are also some neglected homes that haven't been as maintained. This has no security concerns for our newly constructed home, but does effect the appearance of the overall neighborhood
There's also construction happening during the day currently as they are building homes within the neighborhood and the townhomes next to us are for sale. This may mean they there may people walking around the properties for construction or checking out the other town homes
