Sorry, no pets or smoking anywhere on the property, even outside. Smoke travels! Bungalow is licensed with Collier County for short term rentals. Currently there are two homes being built nearby that create construction noise during the weekdays. It can start as early as 7-8 am and last until 3-4 pm. It is right across the canal from this efficiency. It also makes the deck off the efficiency less private. Therefore the owner has reduced the nightly fee from $145. to $100. to compensate for this. If you are going to be gone a lot, this might not impact you too much. There's never noise at night and rare on weekends.
