College Drop Inn provides parking for 5 cars in the driveway. Short-term leases available.
After a long day of soccer, lacrosse, baseball, or basketball, athletes can drop their muddy sports gear in the garage and then play ping-pong, throw footballs in the backyard, do puzzles, or veg in front of the flat-screen tv. College Drop Inn is the perfect place for you to take a break!
THE LOCATION:
Situated 2 minutes from I-465 and US 31, we are just 14 minutes from Grand Park, 9 minutes from Carmel’s Mid-Town, 5 minuets from the Monon Greenway, and 2 minutes from many excellent restaurants.

THE SPACE:
Living Room - Couch, comfortable chairs, flatscreen tv with Hulu AirPlay, Netflix and Amazon. Books provided- grab one, leave one!
Kitchen is open to the living room, with an island and island seating for four dividing the two rooms. We offer one packet of coffee that makes a full pot, one dishwasher tablet, and dish soap for each stay.
Dining room opens off the kitchen and offers seating for 8. (Fireplace is decorative only.)
Garage-turned-game room is off the dining room and offers ping-pong, foosball, Pop-a-Shot basketball, board games, and a table and chairs. There is also an extra refrigerator in this space.
Patio/Backyard opens off the dining room. Backyard is completely fenced and is about half an acre. You are welcome to safely create a small fire in our fire pit and use our log seats to enjoy this space.
3/4 Bathroom with a shower stall, toilet, and sink is off the dining room.
Full Bath: Completely remodeled bathroom with shower/tub, toilet, sink, linen bookcase shelves, and washer/dryer is off the main hallway by the three bedrooms. Showers in both bathrooms have dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
OTHER ITEMS TO NOTE:
We are pet-friendly and welcome your dog or cat. There may be small gaps or other issues with the fence, which may allow a small dog to escape. If you have a cat, you will need to bring your own litter and litter box. There is a $25 fee if you bring pets. (No weight limit on dogs.) Please be sure to click on "Guests" when you check out to add a pet. No need to clean up after your pet in the yard. We will take care of this.
All floors are hardwood or tile, with an area rug in the living room.
Fireplace is for decorative use only.
Parking: Three cars can fit in front of the garage, and two can fit in the gravel on the side.
Please remember you live in a residential neighborhood with families. Please be respectful of them.
