Enjoy our stocked and cozy 1 BR apartment close to Downtown Little Rock. Please note this Airbnb is in a shared building with 3 full-time tenants and you always need to be respectful of noise. No smoking or partying.
The unit is fully loaded with a Nespresso machine (treat yo self) kitchen & cooking essentials, box fan, additional sheets & comforters, air mattress, fold out couch, towels and a smart TV so you can stay short or long term with the turn of a key!
Plenty of parking in the lot out back, or on the street. The unit is 1 of 4 and there are 2 main doors for entering/exiting.
Located just 1.1 miles from Simmons Bank Arena! Just a couple blocks north of the Historic Argenta district which contains restaurants, bars and a comedy club! Just 1.7 miles off of interstate 40!
There is street parking out front and a small parking lot around back. This is just two blocks north of the Argenta District but not really a walkers neighborhood. If you can find one nearby I’d snag a bird or lime scooter and scooter over to Argenta and get some drinks.
This home is located right on Main Street. So the trade off of being in the middle of everything is that there is a healthy dose of noise coming from the road as well. Nothing extreme but worth bearings in mind if background noise is a concern.
