Beautifully remodeled one bedroom apartment located on the lower level of our home. Private entrance, just take the flagstone path along the side of our home to your apartment. The apartment is one bedroom, with an open floor plan full kitchen, dining area, and family room. One bathroom with a shower. There is a patio with a gas grill, table with chairs and a beautiful view of the 7th fairway of granada golf course. In the summer you could see fireflies at night and deer frequent the golf fairways during the evening hours. Many days you can hear and see canadian geese fying overhead. It's nature at it's best. We are located close to the east gate entrance to the village and close to restaurants, and lakes. We cater to weekend golfing couples or couples just wanting to get away for a romantic weekend. Only one bedroom so 2 is the maximum occupancy. There is no inside smoking, no pets and no children. Everything you need is furnished including towels, linens, coffee, etc. You control your own heat and air so you will be comfortable while staying in our home.. There are 7 beautiful golf courses cut out of the wooded hills of hot springs village. Including diamante country club, a club corporate affiliate. All within a ten minute drive of our home.
Check in is anytime after 3pm, check out is no later than 10am . Please note: we do NOT have a washer and dryer in our apartment. Iron and ironing board available upon request.
