Just steps in front of the condo, is the famous surf spot, "The Rock" while a quick 2 minute walk will get you to "Zippers" and "Old Mans". Other activities to enjoy while visiting include, tennis, swimming/hot tub, and snorkeling. The beautiful grounds also have an area with beachfront lounge chairs/umbrellas.
NO SMOKING-smoking in the unit or on the balcony will result in a loss of your security deposit.
