The space
This 3 level townhouse is located in the heart of Miller Beach, a small community on Lake Michigan situated along the Indiana Dunes National Park & 45 minutes to downtown Chicago.
Overlooking the east end of Marquette park, you are a 2 minute walk to the beach and will enjoy gorgeous views of Lake Michigan from both the 2nd and 3rd level balconies. If you have a Wedding or other event at either the Marquette Pavilion or the Aquatorium, this is an ideal place to stay as you're a short walk through the park to these venues.
This townhome is surprisingly spacious. Ground floor has a large 2.5 car garage with room for parking and access to beach toys, coolers, and a 10' Paddleboard that is lightweight for easier transport to the beach yet sturdy for balance.
The main floor (2nd level) has a living room w/ gas fireplace, 65" Flat Screen TV, sectional couch, 2 recliners, and pub table w/ 2 chairs. The living room opens up to the renovated kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Large kitchen island with seating for 5. Off the kitchen you'll find a dining room with wooded views and the main level powder room. Enjoy the outdoors on a the 20' balcony with views of Marquette Park and Lake Michigan. In the evenings, deer often appear from the woods.
The 3rd level features three spacious bedrooms. Enormous master bedroom has a private bath w/ rain shower & a second balcony with even better views! 50" flat screen TV. Rounding out the master includes a small room with additional space for sleeping or relaxing. Both guest bedrooms have great wooded views and all three bedrooms have full size closets for your exclusive use. Another full bath and a washer/dryer set round out the 3rd floor.
