Bring your family to this private outdoor oasis sitting on a full acre! The home is huge, with multiple living spaces, a game room, 2 dining rooms, an inviting pool, cabana, and lots of outdoor living! The home also has a guest quarters above the barn with 2 separate bedrooms and bathroom. You definitely won't lack for space. Behind the home is the bayport ship channel, and less than a half mile away is a Seawall with great fishing for redfish, trout and flounder!
Fits 3 cars in front of the house and fits up to 6 cars in front of garage.

- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.

- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner's routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
