Summary: No bellman, no room service. I understand they are going through renovations, but not everyone wants to have to go to the smoky casino when you have COPD to get food. There is no buffet & they only seem to have 1 person at the front desk at a time. The ONE good thing is the Valet robot that brings you towels when you need them.
