Located in Bogue Bay , the 4.5 mile marker of the Gravois Arm, Lake of the Ozarks. Bring your boat.....Lots of parking. This is a two story home with spectacular sunrises and views of the lake. Two king bedrooms located upstairs, along with double vanity bathroom and huge walk in shower. Downstairs is laundry room (if you must), bathroom with shower/tub combo, living area with lots of windows looking out over the lake and fully equipped kitchen. Also in the living area there is a table for four, large couch and two super comfy swivel chairs to take in the views. Our outside area has an awesome fire pit, BBQ patio, large deck with table for four, second deck with hot tub , large dock with swim platform and 14ft high jump. Unlike so many others, there is lots of room around our dock. With no others close by. We also have included a three person kayak, extra lounge chairs and other water floats and toys. Just 5 minutes by land or water to world famous Jolly Rodgers Grub and Pub. Minutes by boat to Hillbilly Yacht Club, Coconuts, Lake Burger and so many more great summer venues. The property has two lots and 100 ft of shoreline so you never feel crowded. We are 3/4 mile off the pavement and our road is said to be one of the best, if not THE BEST kept road around. Drop your boat at Coffman Beach, tie up to our dock during your stay and store your trailer on the property while here. We have wireless internet and tv with lots of streaming capabilities. Our rental is suitable and equipped for groups of FOUR adults only. Their are a couple of small camper mattresses that our grandkids sleep on when they are down, so if you have a couple of small children they would be ok to stay as well. We are typically NOT a pet friendly property but we have a fur baby ourselves that we sometimes like to travel with. If you have a NON-SHEDDING, WELL BEHAVED dog that loves the water, please give us a call and we can discuss the possibilities.
