Our renovated, no-chore home has all the modern conveniences including new appliances and furniture! Enjoy the large living room and dining room, perfectly laid out kitchen with walkout balcony, master bedroom with its own private full bathroom and shared bathroom on the main level, and 2 more bedrooms upstairs. There is a SEPARATE studio apartment downstairs
You will have complete privacy in the house. The house is in an excellent location and within walking distance to the best views of the city and the Duquesne Incline.

You have full access other than the basement. The tenant there does not have access to the part you are in. It is completely private. You also have access to the driveway (downstairs tenant does not)

Mount Washington is the location of Pittsburgh`s “Grand View”. Perched on the hilltops just south of downtown, this neighborhood provides the most scenic view of Pittsburgh and the surrounding region. If you stand on one of the many Grandview Avenue observation decks, you have the city at your feet.

Residents enjoy being close to downtown Pittsburgh, the North Shore, the Southside, and Station Square all at once. You can walk to many things! that said, it is VERY hilly so bring your walking shoes!
The other best way to get around is a short Uber ride. This way you don`t have to worry about parking.
