This is a newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo. It is perfect for those who want to be in the heart of Nashville's vibrant history, entertainment + local attractions! Located walking distance to the famous Music Row, Hillsborough Village, Belmont University and Vanderbilt University. Only a short Uber drive to the main bar area on Broadway. Comes with FREE Parking and has a washer/dryer right in the condo unit. Please note we have a 4 night minimum for CMA Music Festival. If you can't meet the minimum night requirement, please do not put in an instant book request and instead send us a note inquiring if we can make an exception (sometimes we will a couple weeks out from the date you are looking to stay).

ALL ANIMALS MUST be approved in advance of your booking. Don't try to sneak an animal in - we will know! Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds. You must pick up any paste waste left in the yard and throw away in the dumpster. $75 pet fee that must be approved prior to your stay.
