This rental is located on the second floor of the building directly above the Cozi Vacation Rentals Headquarters and Office below! While our office is downstairs, we are believers in exceptional experiences, and you will have 100% privacy. You have your own private entry as well, and our team is entirely unable to access your unit during your private stay unless you need us to help with anything you might need.
This home is ideal for families, groups, couples, or friend reunions and sleeps up to 8 people comfortably or 10 with an extra air mattress. The home has three bedrooms (two kings, two queens, and two air beds available upon request), one luxurious full bath, one-half bath, a dining room, kitchen, laundry, and a balcony with four custom handmade wine barrel Adirondack chairs. This house is a real gem due to its luxury amenities and an unbeatable location right on Main St. This luxury rental will make the perfect and unforgettable staycation or getaway with your loved ones, families, and friends!
At Cozi Vacation Rentals, we take your health and safety very seriously, and it is and will always be our top priority. All of our rentals are being cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards after every stay with our cleaning service, Cozi Cleaning Company. All of our licensed, insured, 5-star trained cleaning team members are wearing masks, gloves and are disinfecting/sanitizing each home after each stay.
We are following all of the CDC guidelines, and we are proud members of the Texas Hotel & Lodging Association and the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA), where we are closely monitoring and following all of their guidance for cleanliness and guest safety precautions. *In lieu of a damage security deposit, where most companies charge over $500, and where you as the guest risk these companies not returning your damage deposit, Cozi does it differently by charging a one-time non-refundable $39 fee which provides up to $5000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions) that could occur during you and your guests stay. Plan terms and conditions will be provided to all guest reservations after the time of booking. Any charges owed by Guest may be charged by Cozi to Guest's card on file in addition to seeking any relief provided by law.
