Experience breathtaking sunrises over the bay from the balcony of unit #414 - Grandview, a beautiful two-bedroom condo on the fourth floor of the newly remodeled Laguna Reef Condominiums. Relax in the hot tub overlooking Aransas Bay or cool off in the Laguna Reef swimming pool. Spend your evenings fishing from the 1000-foot lighted fishing pier and grilling up your best catch at one of the outdoor grilling areas. Take your furbabies for an evening walk through the quiet neighborhood where Laguna Reef is located (2 dogs maximum).
The living room features a large sectional reclining sofa across from the flat-screen cable TV. Please note that this is NOT a traditional "sofa sleeper," but rather a standard sofa and two separate recliners. The dining area has a table with seating for six and opens up to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of counterspace for all your cooking needs. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and gorgeous bay views from the windows. The second bedroom has great beach decor and two queen beds to comfortably sleep up to 8 guests. This condo also has a stackable washer and dryer and Wi-Fi! All linens and towels will be provided to you for your convenience.
Amenities at the Laguna Reef facility include a swimming pool, a hot tub, a 1000-foot fishing pier with fishing lights, several shared charcoal grills, a beautiful lagoon area on the water, and a large parking lot with plenty of space.
Grandview is located near the Rockport Heritage District and Rockport Beach. Spend a day in the sun at the Rockport Beach, where you can rent jet skis, swim with the kids, or grill up some food at one of the picnic areas. The Rockport Beach also allows fishing and gives you the option of purchasing a day pass or an annual pass. There are two piers at Rockport Beach; the south pier is free, and the north pier has a beach admission fee. There is also a boat ramp. We have a list of fishing guides on our site as well.
Downtown Rockport is filled with shops and restaurants if you feel like a night out and some fresh seafood on the water.
