Located directly across from East Harbor State Park and beaches. Two upper level condo-style suites newly constructed in 2012 & two lower level condo-style suites newly constructed in 2019. THIS UNIT IS A LOWER LEVEL UNIT (UNIT D). Each unit sleeps 8 with 2 bdrm 2 full bath unit, and free dockage (up to 35' boat). Upper units have a large screened-in deck and lower units have concrete patios and a grass lawn overlooking beautiful West Harbor. Setting is on a quiet marina surrounded by friendly and safe neighborhoods and close proximity to restaurants. Great for families, friends and fishing groups. Fishing charters also available 1/2 mile down the road! Lower level units are handicap accessible. Washer/dryer available in all the units. We also have Boondocks outdoor waterfront poolside bar area that is a low-key setting with live music Friday thru Sunday every weekend (weather permitting). Annually, on the 2nd Saturday of September (after Labor Day), we host a "Harbor Bash" for the marina and surrounding neighborhoods with live music 2pm-10pm.
